一、中国地区客户
退货权益:自签收商品之日起 7 天内,支持无条件退货退款(含质量问题及个人不满意情况);
运费说明:
若因商品质量问题退货,往返运费由商家承担;
若因个人原因(非质量问题)对商品不满意退货,寄回运费由客户自行承担,且该运费不予退还。
I. Customers in Mainland China
Return Right: Unconditional return and full refund are supported within 7 days from the date of receiving the product (including quality issues and personal dissatisfaction);
Shipping Fee Description:
If returning due to product quality issues, the round-trip shipping fees shall be borne by the merchant;
If returning due to personal reasons (non-quality issues) and dissatisfaction with the product, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer, and this fee will not be refunded.
II. Cross-Border Customers (Outside Mainland China)
Return Right: Unconditional return and full refund are supported within 7 days from the date of receiving the product (including quality issues and personal dissatisfaction);
Shipping Fee Description:
If returning due to product quality issues: Customers shall first bear the shipping cost for returning the product to China and provide a traceable shipping tracking number. After the merchant confirms that the package is intact and meets the conditions for resale, the full product price and the actual return shipping cost paid by the customer will be refunded;
If returning due to personal reasons (non-quality issues) and dissatisfaction with the product: Customers shall bear the shipping cost for returning the product to China (this fee will not be refunded) and provide a traceable shipping tracking number. After the merchant confirms that the package is intact and meets the conditions for resale, only the full product price will be refunded;
Time Limit Requirement: From the date the customer initiates the return application, the package must be delivered to the merchant’s designated address within 15 days. The merchant will process the refund immediately after signing for the package;
Special Note: No refund will be provided if the package is detained by customs, not delivered within the time limit, or damaged (affecting resale), resulting in the failure of return verification.
